Unsatisfactory merchandise in sellable condition with all original tags attached may be exchanged or returned for a store credit within 30 days. After 30 days all sales are final except:
*SWIMWEAR, SHOES and ACCESSORIES can not be RETURNED unless there is a production fault
A number of heavily discounted items may be marked sale, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
We do not cover the cost of returns. We recommend sending the merchandise back using the most cost effective shipping that is available to you that includes tracking.
In the event that item does not meet customer size requirement it may be returned and exchanged with the same item but in a different size. This does not include sale or promotional product.
If item does not have the exchangeable size in stock then a credit note will be issued.
Please keep proof of transaction (i.e. invoice, etc.) and notify our customer service within 30 days of receiving item. Tags must be intact.
No reimbursement on postage costs for returned items unless the item is faulty.

**Refunds on faulty items bought through sites or stores other than Shakuhachi are the sole responsibility of the company selling the item and are not the responsibility of Shakuhachi.
Any and all faulty items (i.e. with unintentional holes, running dye, torn hem, etc.) bought online through our site and are not the result of customer mistreatment are refundable. Photos of faulty items must be firstly approved by email@example.com before the refund can be processed. Please note: once the item has been received back refunds can take up to seven business days to be processed. You will then receive a refund receipt via email.
All alterations of faulty garments on the customer's behalf must be first approved by our Online Department before Shakuhachi will accept the alteration fee.
