RETAIL MANAGER

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Retail Manager to join our Emporium Boutique. If you are a dynamic leader who is focused on creating an exceptional customer experience we want to hear from you!

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain the highest level of customer care and operational performance
  • Training and development of staff
  • Manage inventory, loss prevention, wage management, UPT’s and average $
  • Provide feedback to the National Retail Manager to strategically improve customer experience, product and services
  • Set financial budgets for the store and team members
  • Manage VIP customer engagement, nurturing existing VIP clientele and generating new business
  • Responsible for maintaining Visual Merchandising and presentation standards
  • Analyse sales reports and implement strategies for success

Desired Attributes & Experience:

  • Management level experience in fashion retail sales
  • Analytical, driven and proactive with excellent interpersonal skills
  • An effective communicator with excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Dedicated to giving exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrated ability in building VIP database and nurturing VIP relationships
  • A self-motivator who is results driven

ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR

As a result of this growth within our online boutique, we are seeking an experienced Online Customer Service Coordinator. If you love fashion, providing exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a fast paced environment we want you!

Key responsibilities:

  • Offering exceptional customer service by phone and email, ensuring that queries are followed up effectively and in a timely manner
  • Reporting orders to the warehouse
  • Processing returns
  • General sales and administration
