Quake Live was previously a free-to-play game, with subscription options offering additional arenas, game types and game server options. As of October 27, 2015, the game is no longer free and must be purchased, and the subscription options were dropped.

How do I get Quake Live to use raw input?

In the Quake Live console make sure you have in_mouse 2 set so that QL will use raw input. Your Windows settings should have no impact on QL if you are using in_mouse 2. I’ll take a look at “in_mouse” tonight.

What is the sensitivity setting for acceleration in Quake Live?

In Quake Live, acceleration is disabled there as well. My sensitivity when set below a ‘1’ in QL, is erratic and doesn’t seem to behave like it should. The setting of 1 feels too slow, and incremental increases up to 2 or so, feel too fast. I’ll generally run about a 1.4 or so.
